Is the cabin open year-round?

Yes. The Crow Wing Cabin welcomes guests in every season.

How many guests can stay overnight?

The cabin is best suited for 2–4 overnight guests. Sleeping arrangements include one private queen bedroom and a queen sleeping loft above the kitchen. The loft is accessed by a steep, removable ladder and may not be suitable for all guests.

What are the nightly rates?

Rates start at $250 per night for two guests booking a multi-night stay. Rates vary by date and may be higher during holidays, peak-demand periods, and select hunting seasons.

How do I make a reservation?

Along the trails, guests may also discover a furnished 8' × 8' Deer Stands Direct hunting blind—a fun and unique feature for hunters and non-hunters alike.


Hunting & Trail Adventures

The Crow Wing Cabin is a comfortable year-round home base for whitetail deer, black bear, and turkey hunters, as well as horseback riders, ATV riders, and snowmobilers. Nearby Huntersville State Forest offers designated horse trails, ATV routes, snowmobile trails, and extensive public land to explore. Guests should review current Minnesota DNR maps, trail conditions, passes, and seasonal rules before their visit.


Summer Tubing & Nearby Food

The Huntersville Outpost Bar & RV Park is located just 1.6 miles from the cabin and offers food, drinks, and seasonal tubing services. Their tubing route begins upriver from The Crow Wing Cabin. Guests staying at the cabin may end their float at the property or continue downriver to the bridge near the Outpost. Tubing is weather permitting, so guests should contact the Outpost directly for current pricing, schedules, reservations, and availability.
